Moving into a new house often means inheriting someone else’s vision — and sometimes, it’s just not yours.
That’s exactly what happened with our client. She redesigned the interior to reflect her taste, but outside… The garden still didn’t feel like home.
She felt uninspired by the flat green palette and plants left by the previous owners.
She wanted color, texture, emotion — and a sense of her soul.
That’s how we created the story of “Year-Round Colors.”
Creamy Pittosporum leaves echo the golden tones of “Sunshine” Ligustrum.
They’re joined by vibrant Daylilies and native Lantanas.
Lavender blooms of the Texas Lilac tree are mirrored in the soft spires of Salvia.
A Mandevilla Vine is already starting to climb and soften the patio wall.
Cheerful Verbenas and Dirty Millers lead the way to the entrance,
while pink Azaleas and blooming Roses bloom in spring, bringing energy and brightness to the evergreen front yard.
Today, our client says: “I finally feel at home outdoors — and every day, I find more and more joy in my personal garden”
Year-Around Colors
Good morning, Julia. I like the design, you have done as we discussed. It has to be like no other in my neighborhood. If you see something you don’t think will work well for my home — fell free to go a different route. I trust you. Also I need your service to ensure the plants are in good condition and located as designed. You are very good at what you do! Of course I happy with the design and I see you do what I like!
